REFUND POLICY

All items, except opened and used fragrance and beauty products, are eligible for a refund within 30 days of ordering due to damage on arrival or if they are not working properly. In some cases we may be able to replace an item instead of issue a refund if said item is available. Please fill out the contact form to start a return or exchange process. Note that some photo evidence of damage may be requested.

PHYICAL LOCATION AND ADDITIONAL CONTACT INFO

We are located in King, NC in the greater Winton-Salem, NC (U.S.A.) area. Occasionally we have a booth at Cook's Flea Market in Winston-Salem, but typically take the months of January, July, and November off. Keep in mind that you may need to leave a voice message, but we will get back to you as quicky as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not get a high volume of international orders. However, fill out our contact form if you would like an item shipped to a country other than the U.S.A. so that we can try to get a shipping and duties quote to you as quickly as possible if we can ship to your country.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.A.)

We typically use USPS to ship our products. We try to ship within 3 days of you placing your order, but typically we try to ship within 24 hours. This may be affected by holidays, weekends, or adverse weather.  An email is sent with your tracking number once it ships. (We never do shipment pending notifications. We only send your number after your package is physically dropped off at the post office).
